Carnivale is a Greek gastro-tavern in Sofia where the charcoal grill never rests. We cook the way our grandparents taught us — souvlaki and gyros from freshly marinated pork and chicken, juicy biftekakia and soutzoukaki, and a table piled high with homemade dips, Greek cheeses and warm pita.
