Bill & payment sync
Table accounts mirror as bills across both systems, and payments you record flow through to Barsy — QR, waiter and register activity converge on one bill per table.
Availability & stock sync
When an item sells out in Barsy, it flips to unavailable on your online menu — and batch items that hit zero stock are marked sold out on the POS.
Webhook pull + hourly reconciler
Changes in Barsy arrive via secure webhooks and are applied within seconds. An hourly reconciler diff-checks the full catalog as a backstop so nothing is missed.
Guided product mapping
An auto-match wizard links your items to Barsy articles by name — folding Cyrillic and Latin — so two-way sync only touches what you mapped, never the rest of the POS catalog.

Connect Barsy
Enter your Barsy credentials in Admin → Integrations and pick the sync directions you want — menu, orders, bills and payments are each a separate toggle.
Map your catalog
Run the auto-match wizard to link your products and categories to their Barsy articles. It suggests matches by name and lets you confirm, pick, or create in bulk.
Turn on two-way sync
Enable the flags you need. Outbound changes queue and send with retry; inbound Barsy changes pull in via webhook — echo-suppression keeps the loop safe.
Run day to day
Orders reach Barsy in seconds, sold-out items flip automatically, and the hourly reconciler backstops the whole catalog. A conflict list shows anything that needs a look.
