Orders from your website and QR menus land on your Hype till as new orders, with every item and note. Staff accept them where they already work — and status and sold-out dishes come back on their own.
Hype is the POS your staff already runs the floor and the kitchen on. Ordering.Tools is where your guests order — your own website, QR codes on the tables, pickup and delivery. The integration connects the two through Hype's own cloud, so every online order appears on the till as a new order, with every item, option and note.
It works in both directions. When staff accept, finish or cancel the order on the till, the guest's order page updates. When a dish is taken off the till's e-shop menu, it shows as sold out online. Nothing is installed at the restaurant and no port has to be opened on your network — Hype's cloud carries everything.
An online order arrives on Hype as „New“ within seconds. Nobody copies it from a tablet to the register, so nothing is mistyped or forgotten in a rush.
Accepted on the till means confirmed for the guest. Finished on the till means ready. The guest sees every step on their order page without anyone picking up the phone.
Take a dish off the e-shop menu in Hype and it shows as sold out online within 15 minutes. Put it back and guests can order it again.
Photos, descriptions, translations and online prices live in Ordering.Tools. A rename or a price change on the till does not overwrite them unless you choose that.
Ask Hype for the integration key for your restaurant and check that your licence includes the E-shop module. Every restaurant has its own key.
Enter the key in Admin → Integrations. Every category and item Hype sends waits on a review screen, where you link it to the matching online dish or create it. Nothing reaches your public menu without you.
In Hype's back office, our order statuses, the three channels — dine-in, pickup, delivery — and the payment types are paired with Hype's. We do this together with you during onboarding.
Switch the integration on. Online orders go to the till, status comes back and sold-out dishes follow on their own.
Every online order is created on Hype with its lines, options, the guest's note and the order type. Staff accept it on the same screen as any other order.
Accepting, finishing or cancelling on the till updates the order in Ordering.Tools — and a confirmation or cancellation from our side reaches the till.
The e-shop menu in Hype is the switch. Remove a dish there and it turns sold out online; return it and it is back on sale.
New categories and items from Hype never land on your public menu by themselves. Each one waits until someone links it or creates it.
Your staff knows Hype. Add a website and QR ordering without a second screen in the kitchen.
Delivery and pickup orders queue on the till with everything else. The kitchen works from one list.
Take the last portion off the e-shop menu on the till and online guests stop ordering it.
Till names and online names can differ. The review screen links them once, by name and price, and they stay linked.
Guests order from the QR code on their table; the order lands on the till as a dine-in order.
Each venue is pinned to its own restaurant in Hype, so orders never end up on another location's till.
Hype is a Bulgarian POS used by restaurants, cafés and bars. It runs the till, the floor and the kitchen. What it does not give you is a branded ordering website, QR menus at the tables and an order page for the guest. Ordering.Tools adds exactly that and sends every order back into Hype, so your team keeps one system for service.
An order that lives only on a tablet is an order someone has to re-type. In a rush that means wrong sizes, lost notes and orders that sit unseen. Sending online orders straight to Hype removes that step: the kitchen sees them where it already looks, and the bill is on the till from the first second.
Ordering.Tools talks to Hype's cloud with a key issued for your restaurant, and the till syncs with that cloud by itself. There is no software to install and no port to open on your router. If the restaurant's internet drops, the till picks up waiting orders as soon as it is back online.
An online menu needs photos, descriptions, allergens and translations a till never holds. With Ordering.Tools you keep all of that online and link each dish to its Hype item once. From then on orders go to the right item and sold-out dishes follow, while names and prices online stay under your control.
Yes. Ordering.Tools connects to Hype through Hype's cloud integration. Online orders from your website and QR menus are created on the Hype till as new orders, order status comes back, and dishes removed from the till's e-shop menu show as sold out online.
An integration key for your restaurant and the E-shop module in your Hype licence. Hype issues the key; you or our team enter it in Admin → Integrations. Nothing is installed at the restaurant.
Within seconds of the guest placing it. It appears on Hype as a new order with every line, option and note, ready for staff to accept.
No. Names, photos, descriptions and online prices stay as you set them in Ordering.Tools. New items from Hype wait on a review screen, and prices from the till are only taken if you switch that on.
Remove it from the e-shop menu in Hype. Within 15 minutes it shows as sold out on your online menu. Add it back and guests can order it again.
Yes, and the till is told. The lines already on the open bill are voided by staff on the till — Hype keeps that decision at the register on purpose.
Your own ordering website, QR menus at the tables, pickup and delivery — with every order on the Hype till you already use.
