Guests pay by card inside your checkout. The money lands in your own Stripe account, and the kitchen sees the order only once Stripe confirms the payment.
Stripe is a card payment provider used by online businesses around the world. Ordering.Tools connects your ordering website, QR menus and table bills to your own Stripe account. Guests enter their card in a form inside your checkout, confirm with their bank through 3D Secure and never leave your page.
Every online order waits until its payment is confirmed. Only then does it ring at the venue, print and go to the kitchen. A guest who opens the card form and closes the tab leaves no phantom order behind. Refunds, holds for dishes sold by weight and walk-out payment at the table all run through the same Stripe account.
Payments are created on your Stripe account, not ours. Stripe pays out to your bank on the schedule you set there.
An order reaches the kitchen only after Stripe confirms the charge. Abandoned checkouts never show up on your screen.
If the card is refused, the order is kept. The guest tries again or picks another method, such as cash on pickup, without filling the basket again.
A manager refunds a card payment from the Payments screen in the admin. The money goes back to the guest's card.
In Admin → Integrations, press the button to connect with Stripe and approve the connection in Stripe. You can also enter the account ID and keys by hand.
Place a few orders with Stripe's test cards, check that each one is confirmed, then switch to your live keys.
Card appears next to the other payment methods you accept. Guests pay in the same step as they order.
When Stripe confirms the charge, the order rings at the venue and goes to the kitchen, and the guest gets a confirmation email.
The Stripe card form is part of your own checkout page, not a separate website.
Each payment is confirmed twice: by the guest's browser and by Stripe's own notification. Whichever arrives first moves the order on; the second changes nothing.
For fish, meat or anything priced per 100 g, Stripe holds the top of the range the guest chose. After the kitchen weighs the portion, only the real amount is charged.
A guest saves a card on the table's bill, picks a tip and eats. When the table goes quiet for the time you set, the card is charged and the receipt is emailed.
Paid orders arrive one after another, already confirmed. No courier leaves with an unpaid bag, and nobody chases payments by phone.
Visitors scan the QR code and pay the table's bill with the card they carry, without waiting for the terminal.
Guests order sea bass by the gram. The card holds the top of the range, the kitchen weighs the fish, and the bill matches the plate.
A dish was missing from a delivery. The manager refunds the payment from the admin in a minute, without a separate Stripe login.
With checkless walk-out on, guests leave when they are ready. The bill closes itself and the table is free sooner.
Each venue connects its own Stripe account, so each branch's money goes to the right company. A branch can also use the main restaurant's account if you choose.
A restaurant that takes orders online needs card payments that leave the kitchen in no doubt. Stripe processes the card; Ordering.Tools ties it to your menu, checkout, order screen and kitchen. The guest pays once, the order arrives once, and it arrives paid.
If an online order reached the kitchen before the payment cleared, every abandoned checkout would become food nobody pays for. Ordering.Tools keeps each card order invisible until Stripe confirms it. If something breaks between the payment and the order, a check every minute finds paid orders that are still waiting and sends them on.
You connect the Stripe account in your company's name. Charges, refunds and disputes live there, and payouts go to your bank on the schedule you choose in Stripe. Ordering.Tools does not hold the money in between.
The same Stripe connection pays table bills from a QR code, holds the right amount for dishes priced by weight and charges a saved card when a guest walks out. Each is a setting you turn on when you need it.

The payment is marked as failed, but the order is kept. The guest can try the same card again, use another card or switch to another method you accept, without rebuilding the basket. Nothing reaches the kitchen until a payment succeeds.
