Take card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments for website and QR orders on DSK Bank's secure payment page, straight into your own DSK merchant account. Every payment is checked with the bank before the kitchen starts.
DSK Bank offers merchants an e-commerce payment gateway, often called DSK Payment. Ordering.Tools is your own ordering website and QR menu. The integration connects them: a guest who pays by card goes to DSK's payment page, pays there with 3-D Secure, and comes back to their order.
You use your own DSK e-commerce merchant account. Ordering.Tools never takes the browser's word for a payment: it asks DSK directly and checks the amount, currency and order number before an order counts as paid. Only then does it go to the kitchen.
Payments go to your DSK merchant account under your agreement with the bank. Ordering.Tools sends the guest to DSK and records the result.
The return and notification addresses travel with every payment. You enter an API user and password in the admin, and that is it.
A payment counts only after DSK confirms it and the amount and currency match the order. A forged or lost notification cannot turn an unpaid order into a paid one.
If the guest's browser never comes back from DSK's page, the platform asks DSK about the payment within minutes and finishes the order.
Register with DSK for e-commerce. The bank issues an API user whose login ends in „-api“. It is a different login from the email you use for DSK's personal area.
In Admin → Integrations → Payments → DSK Bank, enter the API user and its password. The test environment is on by default.
Click Test connection, activate, place an order and pay with one of DSK's test cards. No real money moves in the test environment.
Enter your production API user and password, untick the test environment and make one real payment. Confirm it in DSK's personal area.
Guests pay on DSK Bank's own page. Card details are entered there, never on your website.
The browser's return and DSK's notification are only signals. The answer always comes from asking DSK.
Sometimes a guest pays and the browser stops on DSK's page. Every minute, the platform asks DSK about payments that are not yet settled.
Give money back without logging in to the bank's portal.
Your business account is already at DSK. Take online card payments through the same bank instead of adding another provider.
Delivery orders are paid before the kitchen sees them. The driver has nothing to collect at the door.
Guests scan the QR code, order and pay by card or phone wallet without waiting for the bill.
Guests pay ahead and simply collect their order at the counter.
DSK's page speaks Greek and English as well as Bulgarian, and takes Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Branches can use the main restaurant's DSK account if you turn that on, or connect their own.
DSK Bank offers its business clients an e-commerce gateway for online card payments. Ordering.Tools connects it to your ordering website and QR menus, so a restaurant that banks with DSK can take card payments for orders through its own bank.
Card payments fail in quiet ways: the browser closes, a page times out, a notification gets lost. Ordering.Tools does not mark an order paid because a page said so. It asks DSK for the status of the payment and compares the amount, currency and order number with its own record. Only a match counts.
DSK's payment page shows Apple Pay and Google Pay next to the card form. There is no wallet switch to set on our side: the checkout shows one „Pay with card“ choice, and its description tells the guest that both wallets are waiting on the next page.
DSK gives every merchant a test environment with its own API user and test cards. Connect it first, place a test order and refund it. When you are ready, enter the production user and password, switch off the test environment and make one real payment to confirm.
Yes. Ordering.Tools connects to DSK Bank's e-commerce gateway. Guests pay for website and QR menu orders on DSK's payment page by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the order reaches your kitchen once DSK confirms the payment.
A DSK e-commerce merchant account and its API user — the login that ends in „-api“ — with its password. Test and production have different users. You enter them in Admin → Integrations → Payments → DSK Bank.
No. The return address and the notification address are sent to DSK with every payment. If you want, DSK support can issue a checksum key, which you enter in the admin so that notifications are verified as well.
The order is still completed. Every minute, the platform asks DSK about payments that are not yet settled. When DSK reports a matching paid order, it goes to the kitchen like any other paid order.
Yes. From the payments screen in the admin you can refund the whole amount or part of it. DSK allows several partial refunds, up to the amount that was paid.
Yes. DSK's payment page offers Apple Pay and Google Pay next to the card form. The guest chooses „Pay with card“ at checkout and picks the wallet on DSK's page.
