The Marketing Campaigns module is a multi-channel outreach tool built directly into Ordering.Tools. When customers place an order, they see opt-in checkboxes for email and SMS marketing — unchecked by default, GDPR compliant, with consent timestamps stored as legal proof. From the moment consent is collected, those customers become a reachable audience.
You compose a campaign message, pick an audience segment, choose your sending channel — Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or Viber — and hit send. Email campaigns include open-tracking pixels and one-click unsubscribe links. SMS campaigns support STOP keyword opt-out via webhook. WhatsApp and Viber messages are delivered via webhook relay.
