A club card your guests keep on their phone, not in a drawer. Their discount, their cashback balance and your photo — and the card updates itself every time something changes.
When you give a guest a club card in Ordering.Tools, they get a link by e-mail or SMS. One tap adds the card to Apple Wallet on an iPhone or Google Wallet on Android. There is no app to install and no plastic to print.
The card carries what the guest has with you: a VIP discount from their tier, a cashback balance, or both on the same card. It wears your colours and your photo, and it stays current — when the balance moves, the tier changes or cashback is about to expire, the card on the phone changes too.
A plastic card stays at home. The phone does not. The card is in the same place as the guest's boarding passes and tickets, so it is there when the bill comes.
The cashback balance is the big number on the card. A guest who sees €4.20 waiting for them has a reason to come back and spend it.
Two weeks before cashback expires, the card shows how much and on which day. The guest comes back to use it instead of losing it.
Change a tier, a colour or the photo and the cards on phones follow. You never reprint a card and never ask a guest to download anything.
Create tiers with a name, a discount and a colour, or switch on cashback, or both. Upload a card photo in Settings → Style → Loyalty card; the crop dialog shows exactly which band Apple Wallet displays.
Issue the card from the admin. The guest gets an e-mail or SMS, depending on your notification settings, with a link to their card page.
The card page shows the Apple Wallet button on an iPhone and the Google Wallet button on Android. On a computer it shows both, plus a QR code to open the page on the phone.
A waiter scans the QR code or types the eight characters printed under it. The card's discount goes on the bill — the waiter chooses nothing, the tier decides.
The card uses your card colour or your brand colour, your logo and a photo you upload. The tier's colour marks the labels, so Gold looks different from Silver without repainting your card.
A pass in a phone wallet is normally a snapshot. Ours is checked every five minutes. When anything the guest can see has changed, Apple Wallet gets a push and Google Wallet gets the new card.
When cashback is due to expire in the next 14 days, the card shows the amount and the date on the front. The phone tells the guest when the reminder appears.
The same card works wherever the guest pays you. Staff apply it to the bill by scanning, and a signed-in guest gets the card's discount in the online checkout without typing a code.
A regular shows the card from the lock screen, the waiter scans it and their 10% is on the bill in seconds. No name to look up, no card left at home.
After every paid order the balance on the card goes up. The guest sees the money waiting for them every time they open the wallet.
Two weeks before €6 of cashback expires, the guest's phone shows the amount and the date. That is a reason to book lunch this week.
Give partners and regular corporate guests a Gold or Platinum tier with its own discount. Move them up a tier and their card changes on the phone.
One card works across the main restaurant and its branches, and the phone can offer it near any of them that has a location set.
On the back of the card is your menu and ordering link. A guest at home opens the wallet, taps it and orders delivery with their discount applied.
Plastic loyalty cards get lost and stamp cards stay in other jackets. Most guests already carry boarding passes and event tickets in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Putting your restaurant's club card there means it is on the phone the guest already has in hand when the bill arrives, with no app for them to install.
Ordering.Tools supports two loyalty models on the same card: a VIP discount by tier and a cashback balance in real money. A guest can hold one or both. The front shows what matters most — the discount, or the balance when the card is cashback only — and the back carries your promo code, programme description, phone and address.
A wallet pass that never changes shows an old balance, and a guest who sees a wrong number stops trusting it. Ordering.Tools checks every saved card every five minutes and sends only the ones that changed: a new balance after an order, a new tier, a new name. Once a day every card is checked again, so a new card colour reaches cards saved months ago.
Each card carries the locations of your restaurant and its branches, up to ten, with a short line such as your tier's discount. When the guest is nearby, the phone can offer the card on the lock screen. The phone decides when to show it; your part is to set each location's coordinates.
No. The card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on the phone. The guest opens the link from the e-mail or SMS and taps the button for their phone. That is the whole setup on their side.
Yes. Upload a photo in Settings → Style → Loyalty card and choose the card colour. Google Wallet shows the whole photo; Apple Wallet shows a band of it, which the crop dialog marks for you. Your logo and the tier colours are added automatically.
Within about five minutes. Every five minutes Ordering.Tools checks which cards changed and sends only those: a push to Apple Wallet, an updated card to Google Wallet. Once a day every card is checked again, so nothing stays out of date.
Yes. When cashback is due to expire within 14 days, the front of the card shows the amount and the date, for example 5.00€ · 31.10. On iPhone the guest gets a notification when the reminder appears; on Google Wallet a message is sent once.
They scan the QR code on the card, or type the eight characters printed under it. The guest's name, tier and discount appear, and the discount goes on the bill. If the card belongs to another venue, the screen says so.
The card on the phone is marked void in Apple Wallet and inactive in Google Wallet, so it can no longer be shown as a valid card. Its discount stops working at the table and in the online checkout.
Discount, cashback and your photo on Apple Wallet and Google Wallet — a card that keeps itself up to date and reminds guests to come back.
