Orders from the Wolt app arrive in Ordering.Tools next to your own orders — and from there on your POS, printer and kitchen screen. Status goes back to Wolt, and your menu, sold-out dishes and opening hours go to Wolt from one place.
Wolt brings you guests. The Wolt tablet brings a second screen, a second menu to keep up to date and a second place to mark a dish as sold out. The integration connects your Wolt venue to Ordering.Tools, so a Wolt order lands on the same orders board as your website, QR and phone orders — with its Wolt order number, sizes, add-ons and notes.
It works in both directions. When your team accepts the order, marks it ready or hands it over, Wolt is told. Your menu is published to Wolt with one button, with pictures in Wolt's own format. Sold-out dishes, prices and opening hours can follow by themselves. The integration is built on Wolt's published Marketplace API and connects through your own Wolt Merchant Admin login.
Wolt orders sit on the same board, ring the same new-order alarm and print on the same printer as your own orders. If you run a connected POS, they reach it too.
Edit dishes, prices and photos in Ordering.Tools and publish to Wolt with one button. Nobody retypes the menu in a second back office.
With live stock on, a dish marked sold out — in the admin, on the kitchen screen or when its portions run out — stops selling on Wolt too.
Keep the site price, raise the whole Wolt menu by a percent, correct a few categories for a period, or set your own price per dish. Your website prices stay as they are.
In Admin → Integrations → Delivery, press the Wolt connect button, sign in to Wolt Merchant Admin, pick your venue and accept. Your venue must already be live on Wolt.
Accept every Wolt order automatically on arrival, or let your team accept each one on the board within Wolt's time limit. Preparation time comes from your Order Timing settings.
Pick which menu Wolt gets, copy the pictures Wolt already shows or make them from your photos, then publish. Ordering.Tools checks that Wolt is serving the new menu.
Turn on live stock and prices, and live opening hours, if you want them. From then on, Wolt runs from the same screen as the rest of your orders.
Each Wolt order is created on your orders board with its lines, options and the guest's notes, marked with Wolt and its Wolt order number.
Accepting, marking ready and handing over on your board are sent to Wolt. A cancellation from Wolt cancels the order on your side too.
Your menu goes to Wolt with categories, sizes and add-ons. Each dish gets a picture in Wolt's 16:9 frame, while your website keeps its own photos.
Once the menu is on Wolt, the day-to-day changes can follow by themselves.
Wolt and website orders queue on one board. The kitchen works from one list instead of a tablet and a screen.
Wolt orders reach your till like every other order, so nobody retypes them at the register.
Mark the dish sold out once. It stops selling on your website and on Wolt.
Set the week's lunch in Ordering.Tools. Wolt shows it from the start of lunch and sells it from the time the kitchen starts.
Make the Wolt menu 10% dearer — or only the lunch categories — between two dates. The website keeps its own prices.
On Wolt orders you deliver yourself, your riders' app tells Wolt where the courier is and when they will arrive.
Wolt is one of the delivery marketplaces restaurants in Bulgaria and across Europe sell through. Ordering.Tools connects your Wolt venue to the rest of your operation: Wolt orders arrive on the same board as your website and QR orders, and your menu, stock and hours are maintained in one place and sent to Wolt.
A Wolt order becomes an ordinary order in Ordering.Tools. It prints, shows on the kitchen screen and, if your POS is connected, goes to the till. The Wolt order number travels with it on the board, the kitchen screen and the printed ticket, so the courier and the kitchen talk about the same order.
Publishing replaces the whole menu on Wolt, so it happens only when you press the button and confirm. Before the first publish you can copy the pictures Wolt already shows. After that, sold-out dishes, prices and hours can follow live — each is a switch you turn on.
This page is about orders guests place in the Wolt app. If you want Wolt couriers to deliver orders from your own website, that is Wolt Drive, a separate integration. You can use both — they work side by side in Ordering.Tools.
Yes. Orders placed in the Wolt app arrive on your Ordering.Tools orders board, and status changes go back to Wolt. Your menu, sold-out dishes, prices and opening hours can be sent to Wolt from the same admin, so you maintain them in one place.
Yes. A Wolt order is created in Ordering.Tools like any other order, so if your venue has a connected POS with order sending on — Barsy, Hype or r_keeper — the Wolt order reaches the till as well. It also prints and shows on the kitchen screen.
A venue that is live on Wolt and your Wolt Merchant Admin login. In Integrations → Delivery you press the connect button, sign in, pick your venue and accept. There are no API keys to copy and nothing to install at the restaurant.
Yes — Wolt replaces the whole menu on every publish, which is why publishing only happens when you press the button and confirm. Before the first publish you can copy the dish pictures Wolt already shows, so they are kept.
Yes. Choose a separate menu for Wolt, raise or lower prices by a percent for the whole menu, some categories or some dishes — optionally between two dates — or set your own Wolt price per dish, including a sale price. Your website prices do not change.
If you switch them on. Live stock sends sold-out dishes and add-ons to Wolt and puts them back on sale when they return. Live hours sends your weekly delivery hours, holidays and closures. You can also pause Wolt from the orders board.
