Orders from the Glovo app land in Ordering.Tools next to your own — on the same board, kitchen screen and printer. Accept, ready and pickup go back to Glovo, your menu and sold-out dishes go out, and Glovo On-Demand couriers can deliver your own website orders.
Glovo brings you guests who order in the Glovo app. Ordering.Tools is where your team runs every order. The integration connects the two: a Glovo order appears on your orders board within seconds, with every line, the guest's allergy note and the pickup code the courier will quote. No separate tablet, no re-typing.
It works the other way too. When you accept an order or mark it ready, Glovo is told. Your menu is published to Glovo from Ordering.Tools with one button, sold-out dishes follow if you switch that on, and you can close your store on Glovo for a while from the same pause menu you use for your own channels. Separately, Glovo On-Demand can send a Glovo courier for delivery orders placed on your own website.
Glovo orders sit on the same board, kitchen screen and printer as your website and QR orders. The kitchen works from one list.
Accepted, ready for pickup, out for delivery or collected by the guest — each step you take in Ordering.Tools is sent to Glovo for the kind of order it is.
Edit dishes, prices and photos in Ordering.Tools and publish them to Glovo. No second copy of the menu in another back office.
Mark a dish sold out in the admin or on the kitchen screen and, with live stock switched on, it goes unavailable on Glovo at the same moment.
Your Glovo store is linked to the Ordering.Tools integration. We agree a store id with you and pass it to Glovo — there is no token for you to look after.
In Admin → Integrations → Delivery → Glovo, turn on marketplace orders and enter the store id. From then on, Glovo orders arrive on your orders board.
Pick which menu goes to Glovo, set Glovo prices if they differ from your site, and decide whether stock follows live. Then publish the menu with one button.
Accept each Glovo order, cook, mark it ready. Glovo is told at every step, and a cancellation from Glovo closes the order on your side too.
Every Glovo order is created in Ordering.Tools with its lines, options, discounts and notes, and starts the same alarm, kitchen screen and printing as your own orders.
Glovo has three kinds of order — delivered by a Glovo courier, delivered by your own courier, or collected by the guest. Ordering.Tools sends each one exactly the steps Glovo expects for it.
Glovo fetches your menu from Ordering.Tools when you press publish. You are told the menu is live only when Glovo confirms it.
For delivery orders placed on your own website, Ordering.Tools can book a Glovo On-Demand courier automatically once the order is confirmed.
Glovo and website orders queue in one list. Nobody runs between a tablet and the kitchen.
When your store delivers with its own couriers, the order shows the address and how much cash to collect, and Glovo is told when it leaves.
A Glovo pickup order is marked picked up when the guest takes it, and Glovo hears about it at once.
Mark it sold out once. With live stock on, Glovo and your website stop selling it together.
Close your store on Glovo until a set time from the pause menu. It reopens at that time, or earlier with one click.
No couriers of your own? Delivery orders from your website can be carried by Glovo On-Demand couriers, with the price for the address checked before the guest orders.
Glovo is a food delivery app many guests order from. For a restaurant it often means one more tablet, one more menu to keep up to date and one more screen to watch. Ordering.Tools connects Glovo to the system you already run, so Glovo orders reach the kitchen like every other order.
An order that lives only on a tablet is an order someone has to re-type. In a rush that means the wrong size, a lost allergy note or an order that waits unseen. With the integration, a Glovo order is on the board, the kitchen screen and the printer from the first second — and on your POS, if it is connected to Ordering.Tools.
The menu is kept in Ordering.Tools and published to Glovo with a button. Each publish replaces the whole menu on Glovo, so you confirm it first. Sold-out dishes can be sent live, and Glovo prices can differ from your site. Opening hours on Glovo are managed in Glovo's partner portal.
If you sell delivery on your own website but have no couriers, Glovo On-Demand can carry the order. Ordering.Tools checks the price and coverage for the address at checkout, books a courier once the order is confirmed, and shows the guest who is bringing it and when it arrives. If you also use Wolt Drive, one courier is booked — never two.
Yes. Orders from the Glovo app arrive on your Ordering.Tools orders board, kitchen screen and printer. Accept, ready and pickup updates go back to Glovo, your menu and sold-out dishes are published to Glovo, and you can close your store on Glovo for a while from the pause menu.
Yes, if your POS is connected to Ordering.Tools. A Glovo order reaches the POS like any other online order. When your Glovo menu was published from Ordering.Tools, its lines are matched to your own dishes, sizes and add-ons, so the POS bills the right items.
No. You keep it in Ordering.Tools and publish it to Glovo with one button. Each publish replaces the whole menu on Glovo, so you confirm it first. Prices on Glovo can differ by a multiplier, an own price per dish or a percentage by category.
With live stock switched on, marking a dish sold out — in the admin, on the kitchen screen or when its stock runs out — makes it unavailable on Glovo straight away. It comes back when you mark it available again.
Before you accept it, yes. After acceptance, cancellations go through Glovo support, as Glovo has set it up. Once Glovo cancels the order, it closes in Ordering.Tools automatically and a connected POS is told as well.
It is Glovo's courier service for orders that do not come from the Glovo app. If you deliver orders from your own website and have no couriers, Ordering.Tools can book a Glovo On-Demand courier for each one, with the price checked at checkout. It is optional and separate from Glovo orders.
